A deposit of 10% of total cost (€) euros or (£) pounds is payable at the time of booking with the remainder payable 4 weeks before the rental date. Final payment is preferred in (€) euros direct into the apartments French account, details of which will be sent upon confirmation. However (£) pounds are also accepted at the rates shown but other currencies will incur a 10% surcharge. In the peak season midweek bookings are preferred from Sunday to Sunday. One set of bedding per guest per week is included in the rental and the apartment is cleaned before and after each occupancy. Also a small welcome pack with some wine, bread, cheese and butter is provided.
The apartment is best suited to a couple but as there is a large double sofa bed in the living area, two couples or a couple with two children can be accommodated.
When you book we will let you know how to pick up the electronic gate opener for the car park and keys for the apartment. The car parking space is numbered 16 in the secure parking area. Keys must be returned to our agent on departure and any damage to the apartment or breakages made good.
